1. Where are you based?

We’re based in Manchester, UK, and all orders are processed and shipped from here.

2. How long does shipping take?

UK orders typically arrive in 2–4 working days after dispatch.
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on the way.

3. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we are focused on UK shipping only, but international options are coming soon.

4. What size should I get?

Our garments run true to size with a clean streetwear fit.

For a looser skate fit, we recommend sizing up.

5. What printing method do you use?

We use high-quality DTF printing for long-lasting detail, bold colours and a clean finish that stands up to everyday wear.

6. How do I wash my items?

To help your print last as long as possible:

• Cold wash

• Wash inside out

• Do not tumble dry

• Do not iron directly on the print

7. Can I return or exchange my order?

If something doesn’t fit right, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn and in original condition.

If there’s a problem with your order, reach out to us straight away and we’ll fix it quickly.
